I am just your average human nothing special about me. O.K. to start, my name is Jeffrey, I was born FEB. 12 1969, I grew up in Rockland County NY, I joined the good old US Army and spent some time in Germany and then, I got an all expense
paid trip to Desert Storm soon after that I left the Army as my time was up and I did not see a need to reup. After the Army I moved a number of times Florida (too humid) California (too expensive, ground moves) Florida (still too humid) Houston Texas (not too bad) Dallas Texas (too humid) And finally Des Moines IA (haven't lived here long enough to complain) Well that's a little about me the important stuff is below.

Do I believe in god ? yes I am Jewish by birth but as a family we never strongly practiced religion. I personally looked into a few
different religions and my conclusion is you don't need religion to believe in god. To explain as long as you truly
believe in some form of higher power call it god, or any number of names, as long as you truly believe in your

Well let me start at the beginning I have what I think is a vivid memory from sometime between the age of 3 to 5. I remember it being late night
and I was out on the front porch talking to what I believe was a big (man sized) praying mantis (a type of reported
alien). I don't remember what I was told if anything. as a note I realize that I could have picked this up from some book or show, but this was very vivid very
real to me. At about 10 years old I might have seen a UFO but nothing that can be confirmed I haven't had an other UFO or alien related experiences until sometime in 1998. I Don't remember any actual
contact experiences, but on two occasions I woke up to find triangle marks on my body. The first one is just above
my right ankle at first it was visible for a few day then faded, but it can still be seen if using a black light.
The second triangle is on my right arm at my elbow, this one is made up of three evenly spaced dots or depressions
in my skin (the first mark was a solid triangle), this can be seen with out any special lighting. That's the last of any possible contact.

starting about a year ago I began to experiment opening my mind through mediation. If I have any major breakthroughs
I will update this section Also in the last year I have been trying to practice seeing Auras, If I concentrate I can see my own which
appears light blue. Looking at auras around other people for the most part I can see the outline but not color
of the aura. On one occasion I did see a bright white aura around an elderly lady this was in a hospital cafeteria
she was sitting about three tables away in the middle of the room their were other people at the table but I could
not make out their auras.

I will attempt to log any dreams that I have from this point on. I have to get in a habit of writing down
my dreams as soon as possible or I loose the details.
